By following a good oral care routine and avoiding bad dental habits you can maintain a smile to be proud of:
– Floss and brush your teeth daily, attend regular professional cleanings with the hygienist and also attend dental check-ups so any problems can be spotted and treated.
– Avoid smoking, sugary drinks/snacks and chewing on hard items such as ice, as these can damage teeth or lead to decay.
– Prevent your lips from cracking and peeling by applying a natural lip balm.
“It won’t happen overnight, but you can make changes to smile about.”
