We offer treatment to patients privately. This enables us to offer high quality prevention and treatment. We believe this provides, in the long term, best value for money.
We aim to be as fair as possible. With this in mind we will always discuss the full range of treatment options available to best suit your budget. We ensure that you are always in control of the choice of treatment and completely transparent about costs.

Terms
We will always inform you of treatment costs prior to undertaking any work. For more complex cases a written treatment plan with associated fees will be given. Estimates are valid for 6 months. Please understand that variations to this treatment plan may occur during any course of treatment, as a result of a change in clinical condition.
We are unable to carry accounts without prior agreement and patients are requested to pay for treatment at the time it is given.
Only one discount is applicable per course of treatment.

Cancellation Policy
We request 48 hours notice of cancellation of appointments. Please note late cancellations and missed appointments are chargeable.

Payment Schemes
We offer Interest Free Credit, through a third party with prior arrangement, for most treatments
Interest Free Credit
To help spread the cost of more involved courses of treatment we offer interest free credit through a third party. Currently we are using Tabeo finance. Prior arrangement is required before treatment is commenced. Click below to find out more on our Tabeo landing page.
We offer a cost spreading scheme through Denplan called Denplan Essentials.
The benefits of Denplan Essentials are:
- It spreads the cost of your routine preventative dental care with a simple monthly payment
- You pay exactly the same amount as if you were just ‘paying as you go’
- It is a plan based on routine preventive care (inc. annual check-up, hygiene visits and X-rays, as agreed with Matthew)
- You get 15% Discount off routine treatment (excluding laboratory fees and already discounted items)
- Reduced local Emergency Call-out fee
- Worldwide dental injury and emergency insurance is included
- You can choose the level that suits you
Our monthly fees start from £14.57 for 1 yearly Examination and 2 x 30 min Hygienist visits.
Dr Matthew Houlton will be able to recommend which monthly plan is best for your needs.
Discounts for Children, Students and Adults
We offer discounts for the following groups of people:
Child Discounts
• Free routine examinations for children under 6 (excluding the initial consultation)
• Reduced examination fee for children 6-17
• 50% off all routine treatment for all children
Student Discounts
• 50% discount on new patient examination
• 15% discount on routine treatment
Other discounted categories
• 15% discount for Apprenticeships (aged 19-24)
• 15% discount for Maternity (if you are pregnant or have had a baby in the past 12 months – please provide a Maternity Exemption Certificate signed by your doctor or midwife)
• 15% discount for treatment for Denplan Essential members
• 10% discount for treatment for Denplan Corporate members
