How Dental Crowns Can Restore Your Smile

12th May 2022

how dental crowns can restore your smile

If you have cavities, damaged or missing teeth, dental crowns can transform your smile.

Dental crowns are protective caps that adhere to the surface of a tooth. Not only will they protect this tooth from additional damage, but they can help to aesthetically improve your smile. As crowns are permanent, they could very well last a lifetime if cared for properly.

Your dentist will determine if a crown is the best option for your situation. You can ask any additional questions that you may have.

Let’s review the benefits:

  • Dental crowns are permanent and can last for decades when properly maintained.
  • They will help to protect your teeth from additional damage.
  • Dental crowns are an excellent way to restore the appearance of your smile.

“Teeth that have been subject to trauma are also easily remedied with dental crowns.”
