You’re likely to have heard that certain habits make your teeth healthier and whiter, but is that really a fact or is it just a myth?
– There’s no evidence that oil pulling helps whiten your teeth.
– Fluoride-free toothpaste puts you at higher risk of developing cavities.
– Vinegar is abrasive and acidic, so using it to rinse your mouth can damage the enamel.
– Charcoal toothpaste can damage tooth enamel and won’t prevent cavities.
