A dentist will often install a bridge as a semi-permanent solution if you have issues with your teeth. Still, these appliances need to be cared for in the proper manner. If so, they can last a decade or longer. Let’s list three suggestions of basic techniques.
– Avoid hard candies and snacks with shells (like nuts).
– Brush with a toothpaste that contains fluoride.
– If the bridge happens to become dislodged, schedule an appointment with your dentist as soon as possible.
“It can also help to eat a diet with a high intake of fresh fruits and vegetables.”
